What a long summer it's been...

I've been meaning to be on and get more writing done lately! I really have! But, alas, it's not happening. Way too many negative things have been happening this summer, and some positive as well.
To start off with, and yes, this is going to be a bit mopey, my husband and I have had to deal with 2 miscarriages since March. That's been hard, and I never thought we'd ever have back to back miscarriages.
My grandmother's cancer has been spreading... we don't know how things are going to go in that department...
My great-uncle Fred passed away in his sleep...
My cousin was killed in a head on car collision about 2 weeks ago.
It's been a lot.
